The Challenge
Wink Kit Lashes sells a product that solves a real and common frustration: lash extensions look incredible but cost a fortune to maintain, and traditional strip lashes require daily application and removal. Wink Kit's pre-cut faux mink lash segments, applied with their Wand Adhesive in a mascara-like format, give customers up to seven to ten days of wear from a single application. That organic content was already happening. The challenge was that none of it was tracked, attributed, or rewarded in a structured way. There was no formal path for a happy customer to become a brand ambassador, no unique code to hand them, and no system for measuring how much of Wink Kit's word-of-mouth was actually converting into sales.
