Because our app is fully integrated with Shopify, the fee for Buzzbassador is billed alongside with your monthly Shopify subscription. Buzzbassador's fees recur on a 30-day basis, and you will pay the fees with the same payment method on your Shopify account.
As soon as you sign up for the first time, you will be asked to approve your Buzzbassador monthly subscription. No matter what subscription plan you are on, you will start off with 14 days free. If you cancel your subscription during those 14 days, you will not be charged anything.
Not at all! Buzzbassador's monthly plans are all completely limitless in terms of how many members you can add, referral codes/affiliate links you can track, programs you can create, payouts you can send, emails you can send, etc. No limits on your success over here :)
All Buzzbassador merchants have access to email and in-app chat support. On the Scale plan, you can also book a face-to-face support call any time. On our Plus plan, you have a dedicated Account Manager that you can reach out to directly, any time, 24/7.
We do not take any share of the revenue your members generate. All of you and your members' hard-earned sales are yours to keep. Buzzbassador has no hidden sales fees or revenue-sharing percentages.
Of course! You can upgrade or downgrade your subscription plan any time. Just go to Settings (⚙️) > Account Settings, and find the Billing section. You can then choose your new plan and confirm the subscription for it.
Buzzbassador does not charge any additional transaction fees when you pay your members through our app. Please note that if you are paying with PayPal or another payment platform (ex. Stripe, ACH transfer, etc.), there may be additional fees from those third-party services.
You can cancel your subscription at any time! Since our app's billing is intertwined with Shopify, all you need to do to cancel your subscription is uninstall the app from your Shopify store. Just visit the Apps & Sales Channels section in Shopify and delete Buzzbassador from the list.
