The Challenge
Fallon Taylor built Ranch Dress'n around a premise that the western wear market had been slow to address: that women of every size deserve apparel that actually fits and actually feels good in the arena and in everyday life. Graphic tees, rodeo shirts, denim, flares, athleisure, sun shirts, and sweaters designed for real western life, in a full range of sizes. That product foundation attracted a deeply loyal customer base, women who ride, ranch, and document their lifestyle on social media naturally, already tagging their fits at the rodeo and recommending products to their barn communities without being asked. The challenge was that none of that organic activity was being tracked, attributed, or rewarded. Customers were driving sales through word of mouth with no way for Ranch Dress'n to see it, measure it, or build on it. Managing a formal ambassador program across hundreds of creators manually was not realistic, and without infrastructure, the potential sitting inside the brand's existing community was going untapped.

The Solution
