iHeart Macros built its brand around a specific and deeply personal mission: ending emotional eating and binge eating, for good. Their approach is non-restrictive, built on macro coaching programs and bloat-free supplements, and grounded in the belief that health is personal and that every person's journey looks different. That philosophy attracts a community of people who feel genuinely connected to the brand, not just customers buying a product. The challenge was building an ambassador program that reflected those different levels of connection. Not everyone in their community was equally invested or equally productive as a promoter. Some were enthusiastic customers sharing with close friends. Others were actively driving meaningful sales month over month. A flat commission structure treated both the same, which meant the brand's highest performers had no incentive to push further and no recognition for the results they were already generating.
