That approach earns deep trust from the kind of customer who has tried everything else and finally found something that actually works. Those customers talk. They post about results in equine Facebook groups, they recommend products to barn friends, they share what helped their dog recover. The organic advocacy was real and it was happening whether or not the brand had infrastructure to support it.

The challenge was that ActivateQi had an ambassador program but not enough activation. Members were signed up but not consistently posting, not running to a cadence, and not being given a structured reason to stay engaged beyond their initial enrollment. A separate Referring Customers program captures everyday buyers who want to share with their network at a 5% commission and store credit structure. A third track handles creator-level partners separately with its own commission terms.

Campaigns became the activation layer. Rather than relying on ambassadors to post organically and hoping they remembered, ActivateQi began running structured campaigns that gave members a specific reason to show up each month, with clear expectations and a small cash bonus tied to participation. That shift from passive to active changed the engagement dynamic of the program entirely. Buzzbassador's campaign tools handled the logistics: tracking participation, attributing sales, and surfacing which ambassadors and campaigns were actually driving results.
