Director of Growth

North America (Hybrid)

Responsibilities

  • Oversee and train a team of growth managers, retention experts & account managers (growth consultants)
  • Spearhead the product strategy and vision as it relates to the customer experience and making merchants succesful
  • Develop and execute case studies alongside key customers
  • Draft reports on customer growth and merchants KPIs as it relates to the growth they have from the use of our product
  • Work closely with founders to analyze company growth - which we believe is driven by customer growth
  • Get on discovery calls with key customers to identify customer needs; work with product team to plan solutions
  • Interview top performing merchants and use the source material to create marketing content about the growth they have achieved with our platform

Requirements

  • Strong experience (at least 3-5 years) with building, managing, and motivating a team
  • Must have some sales experience, as there will be times when you will be tasked with closing contracts
  • Strong experience with influencer marketing (micro/nano and mega)
  • Strong experience with eCommerce and Shopify
  • Basic experience with content creation (specifically graphic design and video editing)
  • Very knowledgable and skilled with the mechanics of influencer contracts, affiliate and referral marketing, social media marketing, and content marketing
  • Strong and demonstrated belief in our product and its market potential

  • This is an upper-level position that will take a key role in company leadership. The position will be a hybrid position where you will be expected to spend at least half of your time in the office with our founders.
  • You will take an active, leading role in our customer success and marketing teams, working closely with our founders and upper-level management to spearhead the growth of the company and our customers
